Discover the Automated Lab, a cutting-edge, data-driven laboratory that seamlessly prepares, tests, and screens new formulations. Connected to the Automated Lab is a cloud-based digital platform that captures the entire material development process. Each function facilitates the collection and analysis of clean, harmonized data, thereby enabling shorter development timelines.
We accelerate battery innovation with a full set of development, testing, and validation services in one place. Our customers benefit from faster time-to-market through our in-house material application, advanced simulation, and full-scale testing. As an end-to-end solution provider, we support every stage from material selection to battery system validation. With a focus on performance, safety, and sustainability, our experts work closely with OEMs and battery manufacturers to deliver customized solutions that meet today's technical and regulatory requirements. The Center also offers full-scale battery testing, including temperature, humidity, leakage, and aging validation, with a TISAX-certified environment, advanced modeling and simulation tools, and automated dispensing at serial production scale. Our debondable adhesives empower battery circularity and recyclability and with the Path.Era digital battery passport we support traceability and transparency throughout the battery value chain.
Henkel’s expanding portfolio of general manufacturing and MRO solutions includes predictive maintenance, a data-driven IIoT solution. Enjoy the many benefits of continuous monitoring, including reduced manual inspections, lowered costs, increased sustainability, minimized SHE risks, and protection of the operator's reputation. Additionally, our Sonderhoff portfolio offers system solutions for sealing, potting, and bonding applications based on Loctite, Teroson, or Sonderhoff materials. We also offer fully automated, customized Sonderhoff dispensing machines. These solutions fulfill customers’ needs and protect their products in various applications and market segments.
