YOUR ROLE

• Coordinating existing sales activities for their customer portfolio within Antalya, Isparta, Burdur
• Developing business opportunities to increase sales across responsible area for the Adhesive Technologies, ACC business unit
• Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
• Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
• Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff
• Conducting market analysis
• Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
• People management with the responsibility of their training & development

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in relevant fields
• 5 to 8 years of sales experience (FMCG experience is a plus)
• Solid experince in team management
• Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
• Efficient oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Valid driving license(B) and flexible for traveling
• Living in or willing to relocate in Antalya
