YOUR ROLE

• Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs
• Ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards
• Assist in implementing recognition and well-being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Help develop and manage performance-based compensation Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights
• Generate reports for HR leadership detailing trends and recommendations Provide support in HR initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility projects
• Address and resolve employee queries regarding total rewards Inform and educate employees about their benefits and any compensation options
• Maintain compliance with total rewards processes and assist in their optimization for enhanced efficiency
• Participate in job evaluation processes, contributing to the grading and evaluation of roles

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced conversational english
• Previous experience in HR in compensation and benefits of minimum 2 years
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Communication and analysis skills
