YOUR ROLE 

• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and recommending adjustments as needed
• Conduct thorough performance assessment, identifying key financial trends and areas for improvement or optimization
• Utilize forecasting techniques to provide accurate predictions for financial outcomes, supporting proactive decision-making
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, conducting periodic audits to guarantee compliance

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent Master's degree in business administration, specialized in controlling or finance
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of controlling within an international environment
• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpreting financial statements with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to wide variety of stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals
• Fluent English Skills
