YOUR ROLE

• Transfer of product innovations for dish wash applications from lab into production scale
• Giving professional guidance to lab and pilot plant teams
• Ensuring SHEQ aspects in the area of responsibility
• Planning and execution of production trials in- and outside of Germany
• Optimization of formulations ensuring process engineering aspects
• Collaboration within cross functional teams of Marketing, Supply Chain and R&D units
• Preparation of reports and presentations in German and English language  

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's or equivalent degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering or similar
• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to set up standard operating procedures
• Fluent in German and English language
