YOUR ROLE

  • Social Media Strategy: As part of the social media Team within Corporate Communications, you will develop and execute a consistent communication strategy for Henkel’s communication on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will support in creating excellent social media content
  • Driving executive social media communication: You will play a key role in strategically positioning Henkel’s top management on social media, creating compelling content, and driving proactive community management as well as thought leadership
  • Trend monitoring and strategic application: Stay up to date on emerging social media trends, personal branding opportunities, and platform changes, incorporating insights into our communication
  • Data-driven social media communication: You will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media communication, and further drive data-driven communication within our team and beyond

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree, preferably with major in Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • Ideally 6 years of professional experience in communication (corporate, agency, or media)
  • Strong creative skills, especially in writing and creating multimedia content
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with ideally good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a distinct 'Can-Do' attitude
  • Ready to take ownership and responsibility for projects from conception to completion
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • International mindset and fluent English and German language skills
