YOUR ROLE

  • As part of our innovative EIMEA application engineering team in the new Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf you actively support electronics and E-mobility projects to craft the future of automotive world
  • You will actively contribute to excel various electronics applications in a battery cell or in/on/at a printed circuit board with a strong hands-on attitude
  • You will be responsible for product recommendations, customized product applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
  • You work with the application equipment or supervise application activities to explore the full potential of our products, you make the necessary documentation/analysis and share this with internal and external stake holders
  • You collaborate with excellent team players around all functions and make yourself an industry expert. You contribute to the general team development and skill building through regular knowledge exchange, peer feedback and pro-active knowledge sharing regarding ongoing projects

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have obtained a Master`s degree in materials science, electronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study 
  • You have preferably expertise in one of the following areas: adhesives/sealants, electronics, battery cells/modules, ideally with 3+ years of job experience
  • You are experienced and enthusiastic about working in cross-functional and international teams
  • You are open for business trips up to 30-40% of your time
  • You think analytically, show initiative, love team work, yet you can also work well independently
  • You communicate fluently in English
