Both Henkel AG & Co. KGaA and Henkel of America have a Commercial Paper Program under which Henkel issues commercial paper. Henkel AG & Co. KGaA can issue commercial paper to the value of up to 2 billion euros, Henkel of America up to 2 billion US dollars.
