Embark on an Incredible Journey to Become our Next Purchasing Expert

Take on responsibility from day one, spearhead innovative purchasing strategies, and contribute to our commitment to sustainability in the Henkel Purchasing Talent Program.

Getting Started: The program begins with an exciting onboarding period, designed to introduce you to all the essential information about Henkel, Adhesive Technologies, and Purchasing Adhesives (FPA). During these initial weeks, you'll have the opportunity to meet and connect with experienced purchasers, allowing you to build your professional network from the very start. With the guidance of your mentor, you'll craft a personalized learning journey at FPA, setting the stage for your success.

Building your Foundation: In the first months you will join our regional supply resilience (RSR) team. You will understand purchasing operations within our plants and participate to establish preventive measures and fast reaction to supply stress, while improving our total cost.

Exploring new horizons: You will embark on your functional rotation in direct sourcing in selected category (e.g. Raw material, packaging or contract manufacturing & traded goods).

After gaining an insight into the RSR department, you will be assigned tasks and work actively on projects to deepen your expertise and explore Purchasing from different perspectives. You will work on 1 or 2 specific projects with concrete deliverables at the end of your rotation.

Going beyond: Sustainability is a core component of our future vision. We aim to actively lead the transition to a sustainable economy and society, support the protection and regeneration of nature, and contribute to the development of strong communities. As pioneers in innovation, we constantly seek new ways to drive sustainable practices and set industry standards.

Through projects focused on reducing our CO2 footprint and enhancing transparency about our ecological impact, we are committed to continuous improvement and environmental stewardship.
