The program is incredibly flexible, giving you full control. You can craft and design your career, choosing the direction you want to follow. This freedom extends to the exploration of diverse technologies and industries, leading you to professional growth and advancement.
What advice would you offer for graduates starting in R&D's Application Engineering path at Henkel?
Embrace change and the unknown. Experiment with various roles and positions, even those you're uncertain about. You might discover unexpected interests, or at the very least, confirm what isn't the right fit for you. The primary goal of the program is to learn, make the best out of it!
