The moment I saw the Innovation Impact Program on Henkel’s website, I got immediately very excited and could not wait longer to apply for it. My passion lies deeply within R&D, where learning and driving innovation are part of my daily mantra. This program embodies precisely what I yearn for – a hands-on experience across diverse technologies, abundant opportunities for career growth, and, importantly, a chance to be part of a community of like-minded peers, thriving and evolving together.
Tell us about your first impressions of the program. What surprised, excited, or impressed you the most?
The interview process and Q&A session were unlike anything I've encountered before. The Henkel team's encouraging and respectful demeanor made me feel truly valued and listened to, reinforcing my positive impression of both the company and the program. The welcoming atmosphere from day one, coupled with everyone's readiness to share their insights, far exceeded my expectations. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I haven’t looked back since. 😊
What excites you most about the Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf?
The design of ICD is unconventional and unique, which cultivates an environment of maximum communication and exchange. Each day in this building is an adventure, filled with new learnings and discoveries. It’s a place where creativity and innovation never sleep!
