Join our transformative 12-month Marketing & Sales Pioneers Graduate Program at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, spanning across five European countries. This program is designed to fast-track your development, offering high visibility, extensive global career opportunities, and the security of a permanent contract from day one.
Throughout this dynamic journey, you'll gain hands-on experience in various Marketing and Sales functions through three exciting rotations. Engage in impactful projects, build a broad network with senior leaders and peers, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. By leveraging initiatives in areas such as sustainability and innovation, you'll help create lasting value for customers and society.
The 12-month program is divided into three exciting rotations. Your journey begins with a 4-month rotation at our Düsseldorf Headquarters, where you will participate in our unique onboarding program and immerse yourself in the marketing function. Following this, you will spend 4 months in your home country, gaining cross-functional experience and broadening your perspective. Finally, the adventure continues with another 4-month rotation in your home country, this time focusing on the sales function. Each phase offers unique insights and opportunities, setting the stage for a dynamic and enriching career.

Match the Profile – Application requirements to join our program
- Passion for Marketing & Sales topics in Technical Environment
- Recent graduates with Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Business Administration, STEM areas or similar
- 0-2 years of professional, full-time work experience
- Excellent English language and local country language skills are required, other European language skills are a plus
- Willingness and geographic mobility to relocate during the traineeship
- Demonstrate creativity, strong communication, team collaboration, adaptability, and resilience as key soft skills
- Driving license is of advantage
