About this position

What you´ll do

  • Development of NRM strategy across Sales, Marketing and Finance Optimze financial effiency of Key Account Management via monitoring and control of price pass, margin pools, trade spend anaysis and control
  • Optimizing sell out via recommending new price positioning for brands taking into consideration mass margin & NES generation
  • Driving overall profitability via GAP analysis, customer trade spend analysis and support in negotiation, preparations
  • Supporting internal know-how and decision-making process via providing relevant tools & regular reporting of Sales, Nielsen, pricing monitoring
  • Supporting sell-out at customers via optimizing assortment, working on category developments and sell-out analysis in category management projects Implement methodology & Tools to keep close tracking & recommending optimizing of L6 spending across customers
  • Lead in-market core pricing analytics for priority brands and lead management of pricing guidelines
  • Manage Price Pass, ensure qualitative inputs and manage regular revisions & decision making based on results
  • Implement & Manage tools of consistent reporting and forecasting of sales & GP1 Partner with Brand / Sales to develop brand/ customer growth plans based on combined Category analysis & NRM learnings

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management with multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG companies
  • Understanding of various NRM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross price elasticity, Net Revenue waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, NRM insights transformed into actions impact tracking, dashboards etc.)
  • Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high-level executive summaries, storylines & concise practical plans for execution
  • Be able to apprehend more complex modeling or AI technics to discuss with the next level experts; Excel advanced (Pivot, macros); Tableaux; Power BI
  • Fluent English language skills, German language is beneficial
