What you´ll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for our market segments to drive growth within General Manufacturing & Maintenance market
- Drive M&A strategy for respective markets and support with the operationalization to ensure inorganic growth
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, including R&D & sales leadership to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals and ensure successful implementation of strategies
- Lead strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations in line with our strategy
- Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to foster alignment across stakeholder
- Support with committee work to senior management
What makes you a good fit
- Master in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant job experience in strategy, consulting or similar strategic roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and proven experience in strategy development and execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent English skills
