About this Position

As a Junior License Management Specialist, you will be a crucial part of the global License Management Team, helping to ensure that Henkel maintains compliance and effective oversight of its software assets. What you'll do is essential in streamlining the Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, enabling the organization to make informed decisions about software licenses while minimizing risks and optimizing costs. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team that values open communication and teamwork. In this environment, you will have opportunities to learn and grow as you tackle unique challenges associated with license management. Your contributions will not only assist in daily operations but also improve the overall effectiveness of Henkel’s software licensing practices. As the main point of contact for license management requests, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our processes are well-defined and accessible, making a tangible impact on the company’s success. 

What you´ll do

  • Support the global dx License Management Team with administrative, documentation, and quality-control-tasks to build up Henkel's Software Asset Management (SAM) tool and roll out the process to the organization
  • Handle the Global License Management and License Review process
  • Configure Software Models for License Compliance Measurement in SAM Tool
  • Create, import, and execute quality gate; Update license entitlement records in the SAM tool
  • Act as a license management contact for requests addressed to license management team; Resolve tickets and tasks in the SAM tool
  • Design and update information and training materials for SAM in SharePoint 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years of IT-related experience (ServiceNow, IT Project Management/Coordination); Preferably with experience in handling Software Asset Management tools (such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, and Apptio), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Service Management applications
  • Preferably with experience working with stakeholders from other regions
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to implement on-time and to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment (specific to Project Management)
  • Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
