About this Position
- In line with Henkel Production System requirements, the role is responsible to Rollout Lean, 6 sigma and Industrial Engineering methodologies in APAC Adhesive operation and supply chain.
- As one member of Great China AO leadership team, the role is to support GCN team excellent operation strategy to achieve excellent cost, automation, digitalization, people skill up and Lean culture.
- The role is to collaborate with APAC other country Lean leaders and global HPS team.
What you´ll do
- Focus on operation by MOS, Lean University, and HPS elements. Implement MOS and end to end VSM to get daily operation excellence. And driving continuous improvements.
- Facilitate PDI and VSM workshop to support GCN operation strategy. Focus on achieving annual saving cost by VSM, 6sigma and Kaizen.
- Maintain Lean culture and implement Lean university training.
- Driving process innovation and optimization in operations and supply chain.
- Level up automation and digital by industrial engineering methods.
What makes you a good fit
- Engineering/Automation/Industrial Engineering related background, with more than 10 years’ working experience in electronics, automotive and other mechanical manufacturing.
- Leading a team or working with multiply production sites.
- Prefer to have a 6sigma black belt. TPM, VSM and SLP should be working skills.
- Be capable to use English as working language.
