What you´ll do
- Leads assigned customer programs end-to-end, managing internal and external stakeholders
- Lead your cross-functional program team to drive the completion of programs within time, budget, and scope constraints.
- Measure, track, and report on program performance, including key milestones.
- Consult customers on solutions generating value for their use cases and perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
- Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
- May supervise the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
- 7+ years experience in Automotive Project Management
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Self starter with ability to work independently
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% to visit customers as needed
- This is a hybrid role - selected candidate will be expected to split their time 60% office/40% Home office

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
