What you´ll do

Marketing and Sales is an important and essential part of Henkel. Position Marketing and Sales Assistant under Henkel Adhesives division in our team would mean for you providing global marketing automation support using tool called Marketo. Marketo is powerful and complex tool that lets you create various newsletter journeys and extensive campaigns with high impact on selected audience. Additionally, you can gain official certification and develop your marketing automation expertise even further.

In general, you would receive requests from our business partners around the world, cooperate with your new colleagues and prepare the final newsletter or campaign solution in Marketo. You would act as an internal service provider for the Henkel M&S organization by providing global support and you would be responsible for fulfilment of connected administrative activities.

What does a Marketing & Sales Assistant in our team do?

  • Creates various types of newsletters and campaigns.
  • Receives requests via internal requesting tool.
  • Supports all business partners across the globe.
  • Creates reports on regular or ad hoc bases.
  • Develops own marketing automation expertise.
  • Actively cooperates with team members.
  • Helps to set up and standardize the process.
  • Creates and executes own projects.
  • Does troubleshooting.
  • Tests new features. 

What makes you a good fit

We are ready to provide everything you need for onboarding and your further professional, financial and personal development with us. To make it effective and the start easier, we expect you to have:

  • Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
  • Intermediate level of other applications from MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) is required
  • Previous experience with newsletter creation process or marketing automation solutions
  • Previous experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Power BI and Mail transfer statistics is an advantage

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
