About this Position
As a Client Mobility Analyst specializing in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Security, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Digital Workplace environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management and security of workplace devices and applications, creating a streamlined, secure digital experience for our global workforce. In this dynamic and innovative team environment, you will take ownership of day-to-day UEM service processes, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and changes that directly impact our users. Your contributions will lead to improved mobile security through the implementation of best practices such as encryption and Multi-Factor Authentication, ultimately fortifying our defenses against potential threats. Your expertise will not only help maintain compliance but also drive continuous improvement within our digital workplace strategy, making a significant impact on the overall success of our organization.
What you´ll do
- Specialize in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Security, Collaborating closely with the Digital Workplace Client and Mobility Team
- Take ownership for Workplace Device Management, Application Management and Security Setup, as well as service processes for delivering a global service within Digital Workplace Client and Mobility; Deploying, configuring, and maintaining devices while enforcing security policies, access controls, and compliance standards
- Manage daily administration for UEM service processes; Handling daily service administration and ensuring timely execution of incidents, service requests, and changes
- Handling Mobile Security and Compliance; Ensures mobile security by implementing encryption, remote wipe, and Multi-Factor Authentication to maintain compliance with regulations and monitor threats and unauthorized access
- Support technology and product exploration, evaluation, selection, standardization, and innovation in Digital Workplace Mobility
- Handle Application and Endpoint Management; Enterprise application distribution and security updates while ensuring integration with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Patch My PC (PMPC).
- Provide end-user trainings to ensure compliance with mobile policies and leverage project management skills for smooth deployments
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in deploying and managing enterprise applications through Unified Endpoint Management (UEM); With strong understanding of Microsoft Intune to effectively manage corporate and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) environments
- Must be certified in Microsoft Azure, Endpoint Administration, ITSM (preferably inclined to ITIL guidelines and lifecycle); Should have familiarity with cloud-based mobility solutions, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory
- Must be well-versed in managing different operating systems (iOS and Android), and enterprise applications to ensure seamless device performance, security, and user productivity
- Must be skilled in basic scripting through PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation-related tasks
Should be well-versed on Networking Fundamentals – Knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile connectivity. Zero Trust & Identity Management – Implementation of security frameworks like Zero Trust and IAM solutions - Must have strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; With the ability to proactively resolve issues, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to training/ upskilling of end-users
- With excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
