What you´ll do
- Actively partner with all stakeholders of Operations and collaborate with cross-functional and global business partners to drive and steer financial forecasting, monthly reporting, governance, and analyses for key business partners.
- Play critical role in providing decision relevant information to and being an active member of the plant management team.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial accounting of P&L actuals, forecasting, closing activities and ad hoc analyses.
- Create and optimize value added reporting and analytical tools necessary to drive regional Adhesives Operations strategy.
- Reduce cost accounting variances in the plant.
- Identify opportunities and strategies for cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
- Prepare yearly plant budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with 1 - 2 years of Cost Accounting experience and 3-5 years of finance experience
- Ability to build relationship with and become a vital member of plant leadership team.

- Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues.
- Ability to be flexible and handle pressure in a positive manner.
- Experience with SAP and PowerBI are a plus.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
