About this position
Lo que hará
- Dar soporte a procesos administrativos de Recursos humanos en Argentina.
- Colaborar con optimización de procesos locales.
- Dar soporte con los respectivos procesos locales de Recursos Humanos en temas de legislación laboral.
- Dar seguimiento a los procesos de Recursos Humanos, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos.
- Monitorear KPI’s internos a fines de tener mejor visión para los análisis de Recursos Humanos
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Estar en proceso de finalización de estudio o carrera de Administración, ingenierías, psicología, o afines.
- Tener interés en realizar pasantía en área de Recursos Humanos.
- Deseable conocimiento de legislación laboral
- Tener dominio intermedio de Office
- deseable manejo de ingles a nivel intermedio
- Disponibilidad para realizar pasantía en modalidad hibrida en planta de San Isidro.
- Disponibilidad para apoyar eventualmente a planta de Chivilcoy.
