What you´ll do
- Provides Operational Leadership in a complex chemical processing environment.
- Designs and implements the best processes to align with the site strategy.
- Defines, along with Plant Management, the path to improve the plant KPIs.
- Cascades and executes the plant Strategy.
- Develops and coaches team members.
- Audits shift(s) standard work.
- Identifies and executes training plans for team members.
- Performs structured gemba walks with line leaders.
- Owns and executes the daily team meetings.
- Owns the improvement plans to drive the KPIs towards the objectives.
- Develops actions to achieve operational KPI’s and improve daily, weekly and monthly trends.

The salary for this role is $98,000.00 - $137,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
