What you´ll do
- Develop desktop procedures for Global Dayforce Application Support
- Compile solution blueprints for finished projects
- Review and analyze existing documented processes
- Identify and document Project HarMoney Reporting requirements
- Assist in updating and consolidating solution designs
- Collaborate with team on documenting processes and procedures
- Provide support for Global Dayforce Application projects and initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
- Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Proficiency in creating process and solution design documentation
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders; Ability to analyze defects critically
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
