What you´ll do
Join Henkel as “ISR User Support Analyst” and enable our users to take full advantage of our Integrated Steering & Reporting (ISR) platform. By providing exceptional user support and guidance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data-driven decision-making across Henkel Adhesives.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the central communication with the ISR user base by providing 1st & 2nd level user support. The role focuses on ensuring seamless user experience through efficient access management, troubleshooting support, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will be further developing our documentation, governance and trainings to improve our collaboration with our business stakeholders.

- Manage and process user requests by email and MS Teams
- Champion and improve a professional user access management
- Guide users to resolve their problems with troubleshooting support
- Pioneer solutions for ad-hoc problems not covered by documentation
- Improve process documentation & trainings
- Execute regular system quality checks
- Analyse system KPIs to derive insights for tool improvements and trainings
What makes you a good fit
- Proven experience in service desk support, sales assistance or customer support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with data solutions such as ERP (SAP, Oracle) or BI (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proactive working style and solid analytical skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions and (ideally) ability to translate business requirements into actionable items
- Eagerness to learn and agile mindset

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
