About this position
What you´ll do
- Responsible for warehouse operation team.
- KP Management: L11-warehouse cost & consumable material cost; POTC – GI on time ratio, inventory accuracy, CCMS/SCMS, productivity saving.
- Proactively checks the open stock in transit reports to ensure timely GR and improved stock availability, and follows up on any issues showing.
- Supports CCMS team with any investigations and follow-up of corrective measures for responsible locations.
- Own continues improvement project, responsible for implementation, deliver productivity saving.
- Monitors Warehouse capacity loading and compares to forecasts from planning to derive any upcoming concerns.
- Reports and coordinates blocked stock, reclassification or shelf life extensions action plans at the site.
- Leads investigations on any booking issues, special requests, internal inventory inquiries, virtual packaging inventory, missing safety data sheets.
- Acts as WMS/SAP Key user go to, accountable for management / maintenance of correct master data at the site incl. plant calendars.
- Acts as interface/escalation point for warehouse issues for any internal and external stakeholders, escalates performance / compliance issues to necessary functions.

- At least 5 years’ experience on Logistic area, 2 years on warehouse operation management.
