- Master’s degree in business administration/international business/supply chain or related field of studies (industrial engineering related study is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years previous working experience in procurement ideally in a similar organization or in relevant procurement category, previous experience with leading negotiation is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn & understand production –, financial -, and digital processes, and to observe & summarize challenges as well as improvement opportunities
- Ability to establish trustful relationships across functions, leaders and with key suppliers
- Ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
- Excellent analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Communication and storytelling skills with ability to create and present compelling presentations
- Curious, self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented team player with strategic mindset and organizational skills (incl. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously)
- Ready mindset and emotional intelligence for hard negotiations and conflict management
- High willingness to contribute to Henkel long term strategic goals of sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in further upskilling digital skills (e.g. with the usage of new tools)
- Excellent English proficiency (written and oral), German is a plus.
