About this Position

This role is pivotal in transforming demand requirements into efficient production schedules, ensuring the timely procurement of materials, and supporting seamless warehouse inventory management to drive operational success.

What you´ll do

  • Create and maintain production schedules in SAP based on supply requirements from Network Supply Planners, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capacity and constraints.
  • Coordinate with Network Supply Planners to review supply plans, address scheduling constraints, and adjust production timelines to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate completion of SAP batch confirmations, verifying production outputs and updating system records for traceability and reporting.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or capacity issues in collaboration with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
  • Procure short lead-time raw materials and packaging materials from local suppliers to ensure timely availability for production.
  • Manage internal raw material transfers between warehouses to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Implement and oversee stock cycle counts at varying frequencies to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Assist in SAP material master data maintenance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to operational enhancements and digital process transformations.

  • Strong attention to detail in production data management, inventory tracking, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and stock movement processes, with hands-on experience in SAP (or similar ERP systems) for production planning and material management.
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured part-time role while efficiently managing multiple priorities.
