What you´ll do

  • Position Overview: The B2B Digital Activation & Campaign Sr. Manager will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. This role leverages expertise in B2B digital marketing, campaign management, and activation strategies for lead generation and eCommerce, across channels such as email, paid media, social media, and SEO. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the senior manager ensures campaigns align with business objectives and achieve impactful results
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • 1. Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, social) using demand generation and ABM techniques to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • 2. Collaborate on Lead Nurturing and Management: Work closely with the team member responsible for lead nurturing and management to ensure seamless engagement and conversion throughout the buying cycle.
    • 3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring data-driven decisions for maximizing ROI
    • 4. Collaborate with Content, Sales, and SBU Market Teams: Partner with content teams to develop impactful campaign assets and align marketing efforts with sales, SBU market, and customer activation teams to drive lead generation.
    • 5. Manage Media Agency Partners and Technology Providers: Oversee media agency partnerships and technology providers to ensure successful execution of campaigns and optimize performance.
    • 6. A/B Testing and Personalization: Conduct testing to enhance campaign engagement and conversions, integrating personalization to improve results.
    • 7. Budget Management and Reporting: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within the chemical, industrial sector or digital marketing agencies
  • Proven experience in b2b marketing techniques (e.g. demand generation, ABX, marketing automation) & eCommerce campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics, and B2B eCommerce solutions
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels • Champions change • Exceptional teammate skills

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
