About this Position
- Coordinate with QC, SCM, sales and production to ensure the sales orders delivery fulfillment, as well convey customers’ special requirements to meet & Improve customer’s satisfaction.
What you´ll do
- SAP system sales orders processing and delivery notes creation at customers' demand to ensure in time delivery.
- Manage billing quantity and value reconciliation with customers weekly or monthly to ensure cash collection.
- Optimize process flow and procedure to cater for business needs in various areas, such as Toll manufacture, third-party sales, new warehouses in customer sides.
- log on customers' supplier system to confirm customers' demand in time.
- Orders achievement rate calculation and NOK orders roots analysis to improve customers' satisfaction.
What makes you a good fit
- Familiar with SAP (Order to Cash) module and Orders Delivery Processing experience is needed.
- Capability for basic statistical data analysis and strong sensitivity to numbers.
- Fluent English reading and writing skills & good at office software application.
- Having good communication and coordination skills with passion and withstanding pressure.
- Same manufacture/industry scope entity working experience preferred.
