About this position
What you´ll do
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions
- Support clients with lab-based and customer-facing projects, including performance validation, data generation, and designing test methods for new applications. This includes up to 40% of travel withing Europe
- Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and client specifications
- Work with cross-functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and others to solve technical issues for our clients
- Inform our clients on the performance capabilities of Henkel’s products and services via technical help, reports, and presentations
- Provide expert training programs to our sales partners and clients to ensure new products and applications are selected and used whenever appropriate
- Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEM and represent Henkel on trade shows and industry trade associations
What makes you a good fit
- Master degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- Experience within the pressure sensitive adhesives industry
- Strong technical expertise and problem solving in the adhesives industry for key applications like PSA graphics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and project management skills
- Fluent English and German skills; French is a plus
