About this position

What you´ll do

  • Global Responsible for an area of the strategic procurement of IT within the Indirect Materials & Services
  • Manages, executes & implements sourcing projects at local/regional level based on priorities defined by the Category Team Leaders
  • Ensures consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects executed
  • Ensures for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability & compliance
  • Challenge and enrich the procurement objectives, goals and strategies, including all short, mid and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies
  • Driving our suppliers to continuously improve their offerings in terms of product, price, quality, innovation and sustainability
  • Establish strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships on various levels
  • Conduct periodical risk assessment and design and manage adequate countermeasures for selected spend

What makes you a good fit

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement of services for a global company
  • Bachelor in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Procurement sufficient
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. English C1
  • Excellent presentation skills, high assertiveness and ability to establish trustful relationships across multiple functions and toward leadership
  • Very good stakeholder management
  • Positive, proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Focus on process improvements and problem solving
  • Handling critical situations and ability to mitigate potential risks
  • Global and strategical sourcing
