What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales.
- Familiarity with industrial products, manufacturing, or adhesive technologies is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Technical knowledge of relevant products, applications, and industry trends.
- Experience using CRM tools (ACE or similar) for pipeline and customer management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven business insights.
