About this position


What you´ll do

  • STRATEGY:
    Develop Global Masterbrand strategies including:
    - Global Brand Platform and Strategy.
    - Global Brand Communication Platform and Strategy.
    - Global Taglines and creatives.
    - Global Artist Collaboration.
    - Global Campaign, brand books, Visual identities, guidelines.
  • CAMPAIGNS:
    - Develop Integrated campaigns across all touchpoints.
    - Manage production, shooting and assets development and deployment.
  • IMPLEMENTATION & GOVERNANCE:
    - Steer local yearly activation plans to drive reach and ROAS, brand awareness, association, preference, loyalty.
    - Proactively engage with local markets to ensure excellent knowledge of countries’ needs and trends, steer implementation in countries and facilitate best practices sharing among markets.
    - Set governance model to ensure materials developed globally/locally meet brand guidelines.
  • BUDGET & TEAM:
    - Recommend and monitor budget.
    - Team Management: recruitment, motivation, and development as well as organization design recommendations to manager.

What makes you a good fit

  • Over 10 years of successful Brand Strategy and/or Brand Communication strategy, ideally with a global Masterbrand, on the brand or agency side.
  • Over 5 years Brand Activation Management with demonstrated results in driving impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent project steering skills to efficiently drive creative big-scale projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders incl. creatives agencies, artists, KOL.
  • Deep understanding of CMI, trends.
  • Great collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Sharp creative and conceptualization and copy writing skills.
  • Ability to challenge status quo and to adapt.
  • Experience in Beauty / Premium brands a plus.
  • Experience in APAC a plus.
  • Understanding of Japanese and Chinese culture, markets, consumers a plus.
  • Language skills: full professional capabilities in English, Japanese a plus (not mandatory), Chinese a plus (not mandatory).
  • Work experience in an international/APAC environment.
  • Additional Asian languages would be a plus.
  • Expertise in Digital would be a plus.
  • Experience in creative agencies would be a plus.
  • Social Activity interest.
