About this Position
This position is part of the Global Business Solution (GBS+), IT Department. We're looking for someone that possesses broad technical skills in data analysis, manipulation, visualization, and automation, with a focus on leveraging the latest tools and cloud services to design data-driven solutions aligned with digitalization strategies. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to share knowledge and implement best practices, while effectively leading a team to meet targets.What you´ll do
- Combine automation, data manipulation, analytics and visualization to design, develop and execute solutions that facilitate data-driven analysis and provide ad-hoc analyses to different stakeholders & teams
- Leading, upskilling, integration, & development of business analysts
- Pilot & develop advanced analytics methods, tools, and platforms integrating existing and new data sources
- Provide guidance and support on analytics techniques and methodologies to the Henkel Sustainability community
- Work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in existing processes and opportunities
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems - CS - Business Informatics - STEM or any relevant study
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree in relevant field is Preferrable
- At least 2 years of People Managment Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Data Bricks, Python, Power BI,SQL, Statiscal Analysis, Business Acumen
- Knowledge of: VBA or VBscript, Machine Learning, Knime, Business process, SAP Process
- Networking & Opportunity Management Skills, Project Management Experience & Product Management Experience
