About this Position
Act as a Bridge between the sales and marketing departments. develops and implement strategies to increase product visibility and market share within distribution channels.
What you´ll do
- Collaborates with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals
- Acts as a communication channel between product/brand marketing teams and the field sales force
- Ensures that products are represented consistently across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
- Develops trade marketing strategies
- Plans and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities
- Builds and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors
- Manages trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Works closely with the sales team to align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Trains sales staff and retailer teams on product benefits, positioning, and marketing strategies
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management. Familiarity with FMCG, retail, or Beauty Business is a plus
- Knowledge of retail dynamics and trade channels
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Organized, Team Player and solution oriented
