What you´ll do
- Lead and develop a team of controlling professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact between the team, key stakeholders, and senior management.
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Create environment of trust, where innovative ideas and improvement initiatives are welcomed and valued.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
