About this Position

The key purpose of the role is to support to define, develop & implement Supply Chain systems, processes, projects & tools directly related to improving any or all the core aspects of Supply Chain execution – including but not limited to – Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Customer Service & Logistics. 

What you´ll do

  • Effective Project management for the projects which the role holder is leading. Cohesively develop project plans. Identify critical paths
  • Effective use of SharePoint and digital tools for effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and lead initiatives in the areas like though not limited to improvement in inventory , Cash Net Working Capital, Customer experience, Delivery reliability, Obsolete and Slow moving inventory, Logistics, Logistics quality, sustainability, Organizational agility
  • Build expertise in the area of projects through various learning initiatives.
  • Develop processes and suggest improvement with implementation plan bring in performance across various KPis of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Logistics.
  • Provide strong leadership for effective project conclusion
  • Strong planning skills to do planning activities in detailed and thorough way for the initiatives and projects
  • Develop supply chain improvement tactics for the region, to enable improved end to end performance & efficiency.
  • Develop actions to mitigate them to ensure deliverables of scope, cost, time and quality are delivered
  • Analyze the root causes of “misses” in Customer Service, Demand Planning & Supply Planning and suggest improvements to existing systems, processes & tools.
  • Manage projects from cradle to grave, providing cost-benefit analyses and return on investment analyses, along with monthly project status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Support all Supply Chain related projects, by helping to remove all bottlenecks/constraints that block progress, either through direct communication with stakeholders or via escalation if required.
  • Provide all the operational Supply Chain teams with the necessary knowledge base, defining the right method of execution & ensure this is being done correctly via the subsequent audits.
  • Develop a continuous improvement mindset within the Supply Chain team & identify & drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Always keep an eye on possible improvements across supply chain functions and bring in an outside in perspective

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in an operational supply chain environment having led teams & been independently responsible for successful KPI performance.
  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Cross-functional understanding in Demand Planning, Customer Service, Production Planning, Production, Supply Chain Execution, OTC-knowledge
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in leading and conducting process design and improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Superior communication skills with effectiveness in managing communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt.
  • Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects and ensure delivery on time & in full, with relevant KPI proof.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
