About this Position
- Taking charge of planning and overseeing projects, from ideation through to completion.
- Serving as liaison officer between senior management, regional project team and local teams.
- Identification and Ensuring mitigation of potential risks that could endanger a project’s successful completion.
What you´ll do
- Responsible for manufacturing projects life cycle management, initiation to implementation.
- Responsible for overall project budget, project progress, quality and project process compliance.
- Creates and drives project charter, project organization as well as detailed milestone plans.
- Owns project stakeholder management, risk management, efficiency improvement and change management.
- Support initiation of projects & business case preparation for supply chain projects with local, regional and global stakeholders.
- Facilitates project closure and performs post-project review.
- Acts as a project leader / work stream leader and drives projects in close alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepares all documents needed for decision making meetings (e.g. Steering Committee, Investment Committee).
- Provides supplementary analysis and graphical visualization reports of any kind.
- Engage project team and build project team capability development.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably engineering, manufacturing or technical background) or adjacent subjects.
- PMP certified.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience – esp. technical / investment projects; expertise in M&A beneficial.
- Familiarity with Consumer goods industry, ideally with relevant background in Consultancy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing power.
- Ability to lead workstreams and roll-out initiatives independently.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Energetic, passionate and results-oriented.
- Strong team player with motivational skills & positive working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- High proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint and relevant Project management tools.
