About this Position
Ensure the fulfillment of the production plans, coordinating the flow of materials and finished goods in the leanest optimized way possible while enabling max output and efficiency of production processes.
What you´ll do
- Act as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values
- Ensure the availability of Materials and Production Orders at production lines
- Ensure production plan adherence and timely execution of production orders
- Act as SPOC with Supply Planning to ensure synchronization between Supply Chain and internal logistics processes
- Manage the warehouse and internal logistics operations
What makes you a good fit
- Industrial / Mechanical Engineering degree or Equivalent Master's Degree
- Previous Experience of Minimum 8 Years in similar position within a multinational either FMCG, Chemical or any other related industry
- Strong process knowledge of SAP production, Materials Management, warehouse management and planning systems
- Strong Mastery of LEAN Manufactoring
- Continuous Improvement efforts focused appropriately on technology, people, and processes
- Organized, Team Player, people and results oriented
- Good Communicator at all levels (English is mandatory)
