- Minimum of (5) years sales experience, preferably within the FMCG space.
- Experience in managing the Woolworths NZ business is highly desirable.
- A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships.
- Resilience – demonstrated ability to cope with ambiguity and overcoming challenges.
