您的主要工作内容

  • 指导并协助各部门提升车间精益管理水平(5S、目视管理、快速更换、TPM、AM、RBM 等)。
  • 参与并协助大中华区精益团队在工厂组织各种研讨会(VSM、SLP、CI),并跟进后续行动。
  • 参与建立和维护工厂内的质量控制圈和合理化建议系统。
  • 收集工厂的最佳实践,并与其他工厂分享。 
  • 指导工厂的年度六西格玛绿带和黑带项目。 
  • 协助各部门计算不同项目的成本节约,并按要求将数据输入系统。
  • 协助各部门组织并提交年度战略目标/计划及相关项目(PDI)。 
  • 每年在大中华区自上而下的精益项目中担任工厂代表/项目负责人。 
  • 为新员工和现有员工开展精益入职培训/知识复习培训。
  • 参与不同部门的自动化/数字化项目,从精益角度提出建议,并对不同项目进行精益设计(协助使用精益方法进行项目规划,如布局优化、物料流/信息流优化等)。

职位要求

  • 工业工程或相关工程领域的学士或硕士学位。
  • 有三年工作经验者优先。
  • 具有较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和良好的沟通协调能力。
  • 精益方法论和六西格玛 DMAIC 方法论方面的知识。
  • 获得精益六西格玛绿带或黑带认证者优先。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office;了解 Visio 和 Power BI 更佳。
  • 了解或精通一种编程语言者优先。
  • 能够使用英语作为工作语言(读/写),具备基本的口语交流技能;英语流利者优先。
