About this position
What you´ll do
- Responsible for technical support in the manufacturing process management of adhesives for electronic materials
- Oversee the transfer of Mass production tasks for products developed in the Research & Development team, providing technical support and optimizing processes
- Manage Control Plans, Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) for products; Maintain, modify, and manage Work Instructions, providing technical support such as troubleshooting for customer quality issues
- SPC (Statistical process control) management for product processes and properties
- Handle change management tasks when product modifications occur
- Implement various process improvement tasks and improvements in accordance with relevant regulations
What makes you a good fit
- A 4-year university graduate with a major in chemistry and a minimum of 3 ~ 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
- Proficiency in basic business English
- Preferred candidates who have good skill for MS Office, Minitab or the other digital tool
- Preferred candidates who have experience of mass data analysis
- Individuals without disqualifications for overseas travel are eligible to apply
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Initiative and willingness to learn/passionate
