About this Position
An exciting full-time internship with an international FMCG company, operating in various market areas with a professional training-on-the-job.
What you´ll do
- Work as a fully integrated team member in a cross-functional team @Henkel’s Headquarter in Düsseldorf
- Covering business and digital/IT aspects with the team you will take consumer and customer service to the next level by implementing new features and processes to improve user experience
- Increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints such as web, social, eShops
- Drive your own topics independently from idea generation, MVP, pilot and rollout as a whole
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully passed first semesters ideally focused on digital, business IT management or IT
- Very good written and spoken English language skills, German language is beneficial
- Strong interest in consumer and customer care in the field of FMCG
- As a person you are communicative, open minded, self-motivated and a pro-active team player with a can-do attitude
- Availability for 6 months as of preferably April 2025

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
