• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                              
• Current or recent work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must be flexible to rotate to different assignment areas, as required.
  
• Must have intermediate computer skills.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
• Must have basic to intermediate math skills.
  
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team-based setting.
  
• Must be able to actively participate in a team-based work atmosphere.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
• Must be able to pivot and adapt in a fast-moving production environment.                                           
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.                                                                             
• Must be able to adhere to a strict safety policy and comply with all standard operating procedures.

The salary for this role is $18.22. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
