What you´ll do
- Actively participate in the innovation processes and coordinate running projects
- Scout trends in textures, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline
- Develop new product concepts and packaging ideas
- Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry
- Monitor competitors’ activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends
- Deliver brand reviews and results presentations and update and administer standard reporting, eg. market share report
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks - because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination
What makes you a good fit
- Successful business / marketing student, with at least a few semesters under your belt
- Previous internships or a semester abroad - your international experience is a big plus
- Fluent in English language, and if you know German or other languages, that's an added advantage
- Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - MS Office should be your playground
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, all with a keen eye for detail
- A team-player who brings independence and ownership to the table
- Self-motivated with a dash of creativity and an open-minded vibe
- Ready to roll for a solid 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
