About this position

What you´ll do

  • Drive the roll-out and active deployment of digital and automation tools across the global innovation organization
  • Lead initiatives in collaboration with the business to identify challenges, pain points, bugs, and opportunities related to digital tools and automation
  • Actively communicate with various stakeholders (team leads, application engineers, chemists, technicians, digital tool product owners, etc.) to drive the implementation of digital roadmaps
  • Review and standardize digital innovation data collection across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and locations
  • Streamline efforts to improve data quality
  • Collaborate with the internal Henkel Data Science team to drive increased data leverage in new areas
  • Support any IT-related integrations for future functionality, such as Pricing, Sustainability, Operations, etc.
  • Measure engagement with digital innovation tools, and define success stories to share best practices

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, software engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and project management
  • Passion for driving change management, specifically focused on digital upskilling and digital tools
  • Experience in digital transformation programs is highly valued and considered a plus
  • Quick learner and highly comfortable with technology (Web applications, data analytic tools, mobile apps, etc.)
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for design (to support constant updates and enhancements of digital tools)
  • Fluent in English with intermediate German proficiency; advanced German skills are preferred
