What you´ll do
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and presentations to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including digital and offline initiatives.
- Manage customer and product databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support for the division’s overall operations, including coordination of meetings, reporting, and other operational needs.
- Act as a point of contact with regional and global marketing teams to align local efforts with global strategies.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or analytical support role.
- Experience in the adhesives or industrial sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams.
