About this Position
The purpose of this position is to insure on time and with required quantities raw, pack and finished goods availability.
What you´ll do
- Determine optimized order quantities, safety stock parameters and production frequencies
- Place, track and follow up orders. Make sure that all risks are mitigated
- Check documentations for orders and ensure the hard set receiving for customs
- Local conditions updates on regular basis
- Forecast check and manage Rolling Forecast
- Daily production follow-up with plant for priority fixing per production line
- Prepare monthly dispatch plan, considering capacity
- Work closely with Marketing and R&D to manage Product launches
- Proactively communicate with demand planner to guarantee availability
What makes you a good fit
- High Degree in Supply chain operations or equivalent
- Maximum of 3 years' experience in material and supply planning would be highly recommended
- Good Communicator, English fluency would be recommended
- Mastery of Office Pack is required
- Organized, Team Player, results and solution oriented
