About this position

What you´ll do

  • Identifies continuous improvement initiatives required across the markets in scope and ensures that those are aligned with the capability
    strategy from Global Planning Excellence
  • Supports or executes the continuous improvement activities with the support of regional and local (sites) resources for Supply and Material Planning, MRP, Scheduling and contributes to the regional Supply Review preparation
  • Organizes sessions with Supply Planners to review performance and address questions and challenges
  • Manages and tracks the progress and status of all the ongoing initiatives in the region and ensures all the projects are delivered successfully and on time
  • Coordinates Lifecycle management process across the region to balance availability with mitigation of obsolescence costs
  • Creates transparency for complexity and for required improvements in the region’s co-packing process
  • Works closely with the Global Supply and Production Planning Process Excellence team
  • Sustain the regional key user network for Supply Planning, making sure roles are secured, and knowledge is on the right level
  • Periodically organizes onboarding and (re-) training sessions to ensure knowledge stays current within the Supply Planning network

What makes you a good fit

  • Industrial engineering, Business Administration or educational background related, valuable a master degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience as intern or employee in supply chain management
  • Digital expertise in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
  • Fluent level of english and valuable other language.
  • Good teamplayer and attitude to improve processes and projects.
