What you´ll do 

  • Responsible for processing and delivering Credit & debit Notes, managing disputes and creation, returns and rejections, edition and continued tracking of assignment process.
  • Straight relationship with BU (Sales Controlling, Taxes) &/or F-OTC.
  • Proposes, contributing and updating the process documentation and enhancements, as well as identifying opportunities of improvements and automatization throughout the whole process workflow.
  • Applies Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 norm in the daily activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in similar role or managing credit notes, report management and customer service
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables)
  • Intermediate English
  • Desirable SAP
